  • How can I have voicemail without purchasing any equipment?

    Working simply through your existing telephones your callers can arrive in your voicemail a number of different ways.
    • US Voice can arrange through your local telephone company that any call that is not answered after four or five rings in your office will automatically be transferred to your voicemail on our system.

    • We will also arrange that if all of your lines are busy your calls will automatically be transferred to your voicemail box on our system. No caller will ever hear a busy signal when calling your office.

    • You also have the option of giving out your direct voicemail phone number which we will give you, and then callers can dial directly into your voicemail to leave a message.
  • Can I keep my existing phone number?

    Yes, you can keep your existing local number or your existing Toll Free number if you have one.
  • Will I get a new phone number?

    Yes, you will get a new phone number too, that you will have the option of publishing or not.
  • After I answer a telephone call, can I transfer the caller to voicemail?

    Yes, through features of your local phone lines we will make it possible for you to answer a call and transfer the caller to the voicemail of any member of your company.
  • Can I be notified every time I receive a message?

    Yes, there a number of choices of how to be notified.

    • You can receive an instant notification to your email.

    • You can receive an instant notification to your cell phone.

    • You can receive an instant notification to your desk or home phone.

    • You can receive an instant notification to your pager.

  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

    No, your billing will be month to month. Our preferred billing will be automatically to your Visa or Master Card on the first of each month to pay for the upcoming month. We are also able to set up monthly invoicing.

    You can cancel your service at any time, for any reason with 30 days notice.

  • Why should I choose to use your service as opposed to purchasing my own system?

    • There is no large expenditure for equipment.

    • Your callers can be connected to you even when you are out of the office.

    • Your cell phone can receive instant notification of a new message when you are out of the office.

    • There is no equipment to maintain or upgrade or to replace.

    • You will never outgrow your system.

    • Callers to your office will never get a busy signal.

    • Your voicemail solution will be simple, and your callers will never get frustrated.
