With no equipment to purchase or maintain, you can have similar voicemail and communication features to those used by Fortune 500 companies.

 


You can pick and choose from all of the following features:

  • AUTO ATTENDANT allows a caller who arrives in your company’s main voicemail box, to press a button on his phone and be connected to any employee’s telephone. This works whether your phone is on your desk, in your office, at your home, or is your cell phone.

    • PROGRAMMABLE CALL FORWARDING solutions allow you to change the phone number where the caller will be transferred to reach you, with a simple phone call into your voicemail box.

    • If you are unable to take a call, the caller will go to your voicemail.

    • It is possible that you may no longer need a receptionist, or the receptionist’s time may be wisely used for other tasks, when you allow our system to be your Auto Attendant and to route your calls.

  • CALL SCREENING solutions permit you to decide whether or not to accept calls transferred to your phone.

    • Our system will ask the caller, “Who shall I say is calling?”. When you answer your phone you will hear for example, “John Smith is calling, press “1” to accept, press “2” to send to voicemail”.

  • DIRECT TO VOICEMAIL is another solution that is similar to Auto Attendant but the caller is always sent directly to your voicemail.

  • INSTANT MESSAGE DELIVERY will allow you to close more sales, and give your clients the best customer service.

    • If a message is left in your voicemail, the message can be instantly delivered to your email and heard through your computer speakers.

    • If a message is left in your voicemail it may be instantly delivered to your cell phone.

      • Your cell phone will ring like it is receiving a call. When you answer the call you will hear, “You have a voicemail message. Please enter your passcode.” When you enter your passcode you are already connected to the voicemail system and will hear the message that was literally left seconds previously.

    • We can also notify your pager of any message left in your voicemail.

  • CUSTOMIZABLE GREETINGS make your main greeting a part of your solution. Your greeting can include any number of available options.

    • DIAL by NAME COMPANY DIRECTORY is a solution to prompt the caller to enter the first few letters of their party’s first or last name. This solution enhances your company’s image because the caller never knows how many employees your company has

    • EXTENSION BOXES offer the solution for the caller to enter their party’s “Extension” which we provide you. This solution may also enhance your company’s image.

    • You can also design your greeting to say something like, “For Mary press 1, For John press 2 or leave a message at the tone in our General Mailbox”.

    • Another option might be, “For Sales press 1, for Customer Service press 2, for Technical Support press 3, or leave a message at the tone in our General Mailbox”.

    • The options are endless.

  • OPERATOR REVERT allows the caller to press “0” to be connected to your receptionist if you do have one. The press “0” option can also be utilized from any of your voicemail boxes, not only from the main greeting.

  • TRANSFER OUT solutions allow your receptionist to transfer callers directly to your voicemail or to your telephone. This will require a feature from your local phone company that we will incorporate.

  • CALL TRANSFER can be incorporated into whichever solution we design for you, to enable the caller to be connected live from your voicemail to any telephone number that you have programmed in.

  • VIRTUAL OFFICE enables many of our features to give the appearance that all employees are under the same roof, while in fact they may work from different locations or be temporarily out of the office.

  • GROUP MESSAGING is a solution that is a way to instantly send a message to any group of people in your company through any telephone whether you are in or out of the office.

    • For example, notify the entire sales team of an emergency meeting tomorrow morning by leaving just one voice message that will instantly be delivered to all members in the group that you easily create.

  • MESSAGE FORWARDING is a valuable tool.

    • If you receive a voicemail message you may easily give a copy of that message to any other voicemail box holder in your company. Maybe you want the boss to hear a customer praising your work, or possibly you received a message that should have gone to another employee.

    • If your voicemails are being forwarded to your email address, you will be able to send a copy of your voicemail to any email address you choose.

  • MULTIPLE GREETINGS stored in your voicemail present an option to save you time over and over again.

    • Business Hour Greeting
    • After Hour Greeting
    • Vacation Greeting
    • Holiday Greeting
    • There is no need to re-record your main greeting because it will always be there. Have a new greeting inform callers of your vacation or holiday. When you return just activate your main greeting again.
  • TIME SENSITIVE GREETINGS can automatically change your greeting by the clock, so one greeting will play during business hours and a different greeting for non business hours. This adds another touch of professionalism to your company image

    • Time/Day sensitive greetings can also be programmed to only allow call transfers to your phone only on the hours and days that you choose, and at all other times the caller will be sent to your voicemail instead. This protects your privacy

  • AUTOMATIC CALL ROTATION is a valuable solution if you would like calls that come in for your sales, tech support, or any department to be rotated automatically so everyone gets their fair share of calls?

  • QUESTION and ANSWER BOXES enable your company to take telephone orders or receive information through your voicemail without a live operator.

    • The caller will be given a series of commands or questions one by one that you have recorded. You might ask for their name, address, zip code, phone number, Visa card number, etc. The caller will be prompted to press “9” after each answer, and will then hear the next question. You will hear all of their responses connected in just one message that you will receive in your voicemail or email.

  • ADJUSTABLE GREETING TIME allows for an extra long greeting if you want your callers to hear a lot of information.

  • NEVER BUSY FAX enables your voicemail box to receive all your faxes. This solution assures you that your fax senders will never get a busy signal

  • FAX ON DEMAND boxes store multiple documents for callers to easily receive

  • LOCAL VOICEMAIL numbers are available in most Metro Areas

  • TOLL FREE NUMBERS are available in all 48 contiguous
